What is Pocket Meet?
The meeting space available in our Business Centre provides a modern and well-connected environment to hold your company gatherings.
The Pocket Meet meeting room is perfect for staff training, getting the team together for formal discussion, or informal brainstorming. It’s an ideal meeting environment for workshops, or to deliver that important pitch to impress your clients.
Complete with a projector that offers wireless and wired laptop display connectivity, along with super high-speed Wi-Fi to make the most of your session. We’ve even kept it old school and if you need there’s access to a whiteboard and flipchart.
Refreshments and catering are available on request, just pop your requirements on the booking form and we’ll take care of the rest.
We are also on the lookout for other meeting space throughout the UK and in the future hope to be able to accommodate even more local meeting space!
Service Levels
The meeting room is available by the hour, half day and full day and if you are already a Pocket H.Q. customer, you can unlock preferential ‘tenant only’ pricing for the meeting room!
Per Hour
Meeting room hire for just £15 per hour
Hire a meeting room out by the hour at a day/ time to suit you (within our business centre opening hours)
Per Half Day
Need a little longer? Hire our meeting room for a morning or afternoon.
- Half Day morning – 09:00 – 13:00
- Half Day afternoon – 13:00 – 17:00
Per Full Day
Our meeting room is also available to hire for a full working day.
- Full Day hire – 9:00-17:00
