Are there any hidden charges?
There are no hidden costs or additional fees that are not clearly stated on our website or in our terms and conditions.
Why do I need to pay a set-up fee?
We charge a one-off admin fee which covers the processing of your KYC and ID checks. As we don’t have a minimal contract length, we cannot encompass this in to our pricing structure.
How long does the sign-up process take?
As soon as you pass our KYC checks, we will email you to confirm the commencement date of your services. Depending on the services chosen, this can range from the same day to next buiness day. We will guide you through the whole process and keep you posted at each stage.
Why do I need to do a Know Your Customer (KYC) check?
Pocket Office Services Limited are registered with the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations and it’s a legal requirement for us to gather this information from our customers.
How long does the KYC verification take?
Typically, we’ll get a validation report within an hour of you submitting your ID documents, which we will then review and send confirmation to you via email.
What's your cancellation policy?
You’re not tied in to a contract, so you can cancel at any time by giving us 30 days notice.
How can I manage my account?
You can manage your subscription online; upgrade/downgrade your packages, view your call history, view and download invoices, and make changes to your account information and payment details.

We can have you set up in less than 24 hours in most cases.

How much will I be charged per call?
UK landline and mobile calls are inclusive.
Can I keep my existing number?
Yes you can – we can help you port your existing number into our system, or divert your existing number to the new line.
What numbers can I choose from?
We provide a range of regional and national business telephone numbers.

What type of mail can I receive?
Your personalised Pocket Office address can be used to receive most mail, but it must not be used for opening bank accounts, applying for a UK Driving Licence, or for registering with the NHS. It should not be used to add your name to the Electoral Roll and as this is a mailing address and not your residential address, we are not able to provide a utility bill in your name.
Can we receive and forward parcels?
Yes, we can accept parcels of up to 5KG and we will forward them on. This is a pay-as-you-go service so there’s no need to sign up to an additional service.
Can I register my business at your address?
Yes! You can use Pocket Office’s address as your registered office address with Companies House and HMRC, for just £7.50 per month.
How often will you forward my post?
As standard, we forward post once a week (on a Friday) but please speak to us if you wish to have yours forwarded more regularly.

Yes, our system shows who each call is for, and we will answer in your company name so it won’t sound like a call answering service.
