What is Pocket P.A.?
Pocket P.A. complements our Pocket Dial packages and means your company calls can get answered in your business name by our highly professional, friendly and attentive Pocket P.A. staff.
On another call or busy in a meeting? We can work with you to determine when how and when the calls should direct to Pocket P.A.
We’ll also screen the calls meaning those cold callers won’t bother you and for the valuable calls, we can either take messages on your behalf, or transfer the call to your personal line – the choice is yours.
We offer straight forward packages based on the volumes of calls you expect to recieve.*
If you prefer, our dedicated Pocket P.A.’s can act as an exension of your team and answer all your incoming business calls, giving you the freedom to concentrate exclusively on running your company.
If you want to get valauble information from every call, then our P.A.‘s can also work to your call script; if you tell us what it is that you want us to find out, then we’ll ask the questions!**
